1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zoody, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Zoody provides a service that syncs product usage events to HubSpot contact and company records via a REST API. The service includes event ingestion, property mapping, and automated syncing to HubSpot.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific event volume limits, mapping limits, and API key limits. If you exceed your plan limits, additional events may be queued or rejected until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
